We can deliver your entire fitout, or if you prefer, any part of it. This includes every construction element such as ceilings and partitions and building services. We are small enough that our managing director is involved in every project we undertake, but experienced enough to easily manage projects of any complexity, bringing over 20 years of fitout experience to your project.
DESIGN + FITOUT
We can undertake your project as a Design + Build solution taking it from conception to completion so you have one point of contact for the duration of the project.
The most common cause for budget and time overruns is not involving a sutiablly qualified project manager to ensure the design meets your business needs, budget and time frame. For no additonal cost we add professionally qualified cost and project management skills to the design process. We can provide this same service even if you wish to employ your own architect. Cost planning is needed before the design is started - not after.
We also handle the Building Consent and Conformance process. Again at no extra cost.
REFIT | REMODEL
